MITIQUETE S.A.S es una agencia de viajes y turismo que se rige bajo la legislación colombiana, respeta, promueve y apoya el desarrollo social, cultural y del medio ambiente, buscando el bienestar económico de la comunidad con la cual interactúa, y trabaja  para minimizar los impactos negativos que se puedan generar por la actividad turística.

Ley 679 de 2001, ley 1336 de 2009 (Prevención del comercio y explotación sexual con menores de edad a través del turismo). Ley 17 y 1333 (Con el fin de evitar el tráfico ilegal de especies de flora y fauna). Ley 63 1986, ley 1185 de  2008. (Con el fin de evitar el tráfico de bienes culturales). Resolución 0584 de 2002. (Por la cual se declaran las especies silvestres que se encuentran amenazadas en el territorio nacional). Resolución 2804 de 2014 (Sostenibilidad Turística).
